Enter your license key and the email you bought it with. We'll send a link that lists the machines using this license, so you can free a seat from a lost or reinstalled computer yourself.

The link works for 30 minutes. Nothing about your machines is stored beyond an opaque identifier.

Your activations.

A machine identifier is a hash the app derives locally; it does not reveal a hostname or serial. Freeing a seat here does not sign the machine out — the app on it will simply report itself unlicensed at its next start.
