The app: your documents stay local
Translation, text recognition and terminology processing run on your computer, without sending document content to external services. This describes document processing, not a promise that the entire app never connects to the internet. The app is still in development; its full privacy details will accompany release.

What you share
When you join, we store your email address, confirmation status and subscription timestamps. We do not ask you to upload documents.
Why we use it
To let you know when trials open and share important Beaver Doc updates. Joining the waitlist does not send a confirmation email. We do not sell your email address.
Services that help
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores waitlist entries and protects the form. Spam prevention may process your IP address and browser signals. Joining the waitlist does not send your address to an email delivery provider. This site does not load advertising trackers.
Your choice
Your address is registered when the form shows success; mailbox ownership is not verified. To leave the waitlist or request access or deletion, contact [email protected]. Your language preference is saved in this browser.
